Defending Free Speech in Comal County

I slept 4 hours last night to prepare for a TCPA hearing - a hearing supposedly designed to enable the early dismissal of lawsuits based on the exercise of the right of free speech.

The hearing was continued, which just goes to show how the TCPA doesn't work as it should.

Opposing counsel wanted to shake my hand. I declined. They got, or pretended to get, offended. Lawyers think that it's all just a game. That's why they're some of the worst people on earth.
