Men's Penalty for Fornication

Everyone knows, or at least thinks they know what people would commonly say is a woman's penalty for fornication

But what about a man's? It might seem like he might get by with it. And it is probably fair to say that there are more worldly conserquences for women than men. But, interestingly, this means that there must necessarily be wordly consequences for men, because by imposing those consequences on women, they impose them on other men if they do not marry the woman.

In other words, fornication leads generally to a decline in the quality of women. Women will distrust men more, because fornication is a man sleeping with a woman without committing to her, which contradicts the essential nature of sex. Fornication will (obviously) lead to a higher n-count for women in the culture, because obviously. If women do not trust men, which happens in a fornication culture, then they will not submit to male leadership, which requires trust.

Even though these costs are not directly imposed on the men who perpetrate these sexual crimes in the beginning, they are eventually imposed on all men, regardless of how Chad you may be, because men are in effect dealing with a prisoner's dilemma with respect to defection (fornication).

However, because of the inequality with which these consequences are imposed, it will also lead to a more ruthless sexual hierarchy, as we can see.

But what about the man personally who participates? Well, if you are a participant in the fornication culture it will be difficult if not impossible to condemn such a culture. So you will either be a hypocrite and lose frame, or you will endorse it and suffer morally. If you endorse it and give in, then you forfeit your leadership and morality and will go to hell unless you repent.

If you are a hypocrite, why should a woman trust you? You will doubt yourself, and your injustice to women in the past will spiritually taint you unless and until you have true repentence. It is my belief that, on the whole, the penalty for a man who fornicates is to marry a lower quality of woman. Because he is caught in the errors of the fornication culture, he will not be able to see the dangers of such a culture, and will be more easily ensnared.

You see this with high status men all the time - they make decisions based on a lack of self-control and chaste leadership, and they suffer the consequences of their injustice and their error. They do not see the danger of marrying a woman with a high n-count, because they imposed that on women. They do not see the danger of marrying a woman who will not submit to him, because he was never a leader to her before marriage. If his heart is not pure, he is unlikely to marry a woman with a pure heart either. The spiritual corrosion will taint everything he does.
